Neuron: Nerve cell
Impulse: Electrical message that passes along the neuron.
Axon: a long cell fiber in the nervous system which transfers messages.
Cell Body: the nucleus containing central part of a neuron.
Dendrites: short, branched extensions of cells that receive impulses from other cells.
