Today we finished up Part II of the Anatomy of a Wave handout where we were graphing waves, given the amplitude and wavelength. If ‘you were out on Thursday, finish graphing the four waves from the handout, answer the last question on frequency and then see me for the key. Be sure to see me if you need help graphing the waves.

- If you haven’t already done so, at the top of page 95, write the heading: “ U6Act2: Anatomy of a Wave” and tape the handout to the page below the heading.
- See me for a key to the handout for the lesson U6Act2: Anatomy of a Wave”, and label the parts of a wave as shown on the key.
- Work on part II of the Anatomy of a wave handout - if you are in block 1, we watched a video showing what the strings of a guitar look like from inside the guitar when they are played - it shows how the wavelength of the string vibration is different depending on the pitch of the note. You can watch the video by visiting the science blog and clicking on the link.
